- Step 2: Our customer service team will review your return request and provide a return authorization and return address.
- Step 3: Include the return authorization in the return package and ship the product back to the designated return address.
- Step 4: Once we receive the returned product and confirm it meets the return conditions, we will process the refund.

Return Shipping Cost: Please note that unless the product has quality issues or we have shipped the wrong item, the return shipping cost will be the customer's responsibility.
